Virtual Financial Aid Appointment

Virtual Financial Aid Appointments
Available ONLY for admitted or confirmed high school seniors for Fall 2025.

Schedule a one-on-one virtual appointment with a financial aid counselor. Appointments will be 30 minutes long and can be conducted via Zoom or phone. This appointment can also be used to help students with specific questions related to special circumstances, student loans or student work programs.

For an in-person meeting with a financial aid counselor, schedule an Admitted Student Visit and select "Financial Aid Appointment" as part of your visit request.

Both virtual and in-person options are available Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST.
